Orders and Payments

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, SEPA

• Klarna and cash-on-delivery are not accepted

• An order is confirmed once payment is processed

• Prices include VAT according to German law

Delivery

• Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer

• Delivery times may vary

• Zen Aura is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

• Customers can withdraw within 14 days of receiving products

• Products must be in original condition and packaging

• Return costs may be borne by the customer

• Refunds are issued after returned products are received and inspected
