Zen Aura offers wellness and self-care products designed to enhance comfort and relaxation. Minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to supplier differences and product updates.

Orders and Payments
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Shopify Payments. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices include VAT in accordance with applicable laws.

Shipping

Refunds & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
