Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery Countries

We currently ship to all European Union member states.

Delivery Times

Our products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped from overseas warehouses. This allows us to bring you premium wellness products at accessible prices, though it does mean delivery takes a little longer than local shipping.

Estimated delivery time: 6–16 business days after processing, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–19 business days.

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@zen-aura.store. If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
