Right to Withdraw / Returns
In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Certain products (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items) may be excluded from returns; these will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@zenaura.com to initiate a return.

  2. You will receive instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product securely to the provided address.

Return Costs

  • Unless the product is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing may take up to 5–10 business days after receiving the returned items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a new order. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@zenaura.com.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
