In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@zen-aura.store within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of confirmation. You are not required to return the product. Refunds are also provided for products that arrive damaged, are defective, or orders that do not arrive within the estimated timeframe. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.
