Your Right to Withdraw At Zen Aura, your comfort and peace of mind come first. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

How to Request a Return To exercise this right, notify us at contact@zen-aura.store within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of confirmation.

No Return Required You are not required to return the product in order to receive your refund.

Damaged, Defective or Lost Orders Refunds are also provided for products that arrive damaged, are defective, or orders that do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
